Pragmatic Play Drops and Wins

1. To participate in any Weekly Tournament or Daily Prize Drop in the Network Promotion, players must open any of the participating games and join/opt in.

2. The Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of a fixed cash amount, multiplier amount and/or Free Round Bonuses as defined below:
   1. Players participating during regular weeks may win prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts as set out in the Weekly Tournament (Regular Weeks) Prize Table and the Daily Prize Drops
      (Regular Weeks) Prize Table further below (hereinafter the “Regular Weeks”).
   2. Players participating during multiplier weeks may win prizes in the form of a multiplier of the winning player’s bet amount and Free Round Bonuses as set out in the Weekly Tournament (Prize Multiplier Weeks) Prize Table and the Daily Prize Drop (Prize Multiplier Weeks) Prize Table further below (hereinafter the “Prize Multiplier Weeks”).
      1. If the winning spin exceeds €10 or currency equivalent, the prize will be paid out based on a bet of €10 or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency (as defined further below) X multiplier received.
   3. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, winnings from Free Round Bonus prizes won during Multiplier Weeks are excluded from multiplier prize mechanics.
3. Free round bonuses (the “Free Round Bonus/es”) may be awarded to a player in the form of 10 Free Round Bonuses for the same participating game in which the player won the prize.
   1. The Free Round Bonuses have no wagering requirements once awarded to the player.
   2. If the bet amount in the Free Round Bonus winning spin exceeds €10 or currency equivalent, the Free Round Bonus will be paid out based on a bet of €10 or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency.
      1. If the participating game does not have €10 or currency equivalent bet available, the Free Round Bonus will be paid out at the next available higher bet in the participating game.
   3. The Free Round Bonuses won in a Prize Drop will be awarded to winners on the same day of that the Free Round Bonus has been won.
      1. The Free Round Bonuses won in Weekly Tournaments will be awarded to winners by the end of each tournament.

A. WEEKLY TOURNAMENTS (Regular Weeks)

1. Each Qualifying Week within the Network Promotion’s Term includes one (1) Weekly Tournament.
2. One (1) Qualifying Spin (as defined hereunder) may allow player to rank on the leaderboard.
   • For players to be eligible to participate in the Weekly Tournaments (Regular Weeks), a real money minimum bet of €0.50 or currency equivalent on the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a “Qualifying Spin”).
3. The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the score, which score is based on the highest single spin win amount on any participating game adjusted to the amount of the bet.
4. The leaderboard is updated in real time and players can view the real time leaderboard in game at any time of their own choosing when playing the participating game(s).
5. In the event of two (2) or more players finish a Weekly Tournament on the same leaderboard position, the player who has achieved the score first, will receive the higher prize.
6. Prizes are paid out to players as a fixed amount.
7. For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Weekly Tournament shall be carried forward into subsequent Weekly Tournaments Stages or into the next Network Promotion.
8. A player must join or opt in in any of the participating games.
9. A player must place a real money bet with a minimum stake of €0.50 or currency equivalent on any of the participating game(s) and must get at least one (1) in-game win to qualify for the Weekly Tournament.
10. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score showed on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Weekly Tournament.
11. The higher the value of the amount the player wins in one single spin relative to the player’s bet amount, the higher the player’s score would be.
12. Win criteria: Highest single spin win amount adjusted for bet amount.
13. Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of €62,000 or currency equivalent in total across one thousand five hundred (1,500) cash prizes as follows:

B. DAILY PRIZE DROPS (Regular Weeks)

1. Each Qualifying Week within the Network Promotions Term includes seven (7) Daily Prize Drops (each a “Daily Prize Drop Day”).
2. One (1) Qualifying Spin (as defined hereunder) may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each Daily Prize Drop.
3. The random Daily Prize Drop rules and prize tables are built in the participating games. The prize table updates in real time showing, the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
4. Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab, found in each of the participating games.
5. Prizes are paid out to players as a fixed amount.
6. A player may win multiple Daily Prize Drops each Daily Prize Drop Day.
7. For players to be eligible to participate in the Daily Prize Drops (Regular Weeks), a real money minimum bet of €0.50 or currency equivalent on the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a “Qualifying Spin”).
8. The Daily Prize Drop will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 18:59 CEST/CET; or (ii) when there are no more prizes left.
9. For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Daily Prize Drop shall be carried forward into subsequent Daily Prize Drops Stages or into the next Network Promotion.
10. A player must join or opt in in any of the participating games.
11. A player must spin at least one (1) real money spin with a minimum bet of €0.50 or currency equivalent on the participating game(s).
12. Win criteria: Any real money spin in the participating games may trigger a random cash prize.
13. Any qualifying bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during the promotion period.
14. Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of €63,000 or currency equivalent in total, daily prize pool of €9,000 or currency equivalent across five hundred (500) cash prizes.

Weekly Tournaments (Prize Multiplier Weeks)

• Each Qualifying Week within the Network Promotions Term includes one (1) Weekly Tournament.
• One (1) Qualifying Spin (as defined hereunder) may allow player to rank on the leaderboard.
• The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the score, which score is based on the highest single spin win amount on any participating game adjusted to the amount of the bet.

• For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Weekly Tournament shall be carried forward into subsequent Weekly Tournaments Stages or into the next Network Promotion.
• How players may participate in Weekly Tournaments (Prize Multiplier Weeks):
  • A player must join or opt in any of the participating games.
  • A player must place a real money bet on any of the participating games and must get at least one (1) in-game win to qualify for the Weekly Tournament.

• Prizes are paid out as the multiplier of the winning player’s bet amount excluding Free Round Bonus prizes.
• A player may win multiple Daily Prize Drops each Daily Prize Drop Day.
